More sketches and scenes for max
As Max's journey continues , she comes across Oscar, an eight year old bike enthusiast with terrible allergies. Being the friendly little boy that he is, he takes to her a mysterious junkyard, ....which happens to be full of junk.
Oscar up close! He's quite a classy boy.
As it turns out , fish have feelings too..along with hidden pockets where they keep framed photos of their loved ones.

Rough Sketchss: Character(Max) + Story pg 1+2
Here is a rough outline of the first 2 pages of the story:
The pages will end up being photoshopped web browsers with the illustrations taking place of the web performers and other graphics. The story istelf will be probably 3-5 pages about Max's experience with a weird web performer named Goldfish. The story will culminate in Max merging his body with his computer and into Goldfish's webcast.
Also; I'm adding the first couple of character sketches of Max himself

Illustrations for Inspiration
Here are a handful of some pretty awesome illustrators (mostly of children's books) that I felt are definitely worth sharing...some might even ring a bell
Brett Helquist
Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events
.. and a random rat book
Dave McKean
Wolves in the Walls is a newer kids' book, and a great one... once i find a library that doesn't have it checked out, I'll bring it in
Shapes and Sizes illustrator
(I'll add more about this guy soon)
Lane Smith
The True Story of the Three Pigs
James and the Giant Peach
(all charcoal pencil!)
